The Sorby mid-sized Hollow Master has a flat bottom for increased stability and control during your woodturning projects. The 1/4" wide HSS cutter can be swiveled to allow the cutter to reach otherwise inaccessible areas inside hollow forms. The included 1" round scraper cutter can be mounted in place of the hollowing cutter for final inside smoothing. Overall length is approximately 18-1/2" with a 12" handle.

    It does a great job of performing its intended purpose. I wish the reach was just a little longer. Not only does it do a great job at hollowing, the scraping function saves time sanding the inside of a hollowed vessel.
