Product Information:

Designed by System Three as moisture barrier coatings, Clear Coat Kits are easy to apply, with no hazardous solvents. These coatings are especially useful in construction where constant immersion is likely, as in boats. The mixed epoxy is applied with a roller, or a brush, without thinning. Each coat is allowed to cure before recoating, and recoating can be done without sanding, if done within three days. For continued exposure to sunlight, a spar varnish coating over the moisture barrier coating is recommended for UV protection. 12 oz. kit will cover approximately 50 sq. ft. with a 3 mil. coverage

    Comments about Clear Coat Kit :

    I used this for filling powder plug beetle holes in curly maple. After the sanding, scraping and finish was done, the finished table tops were absolutely beautiful. It dries quite slowly 24hr+ before it can be sanded.

    Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
