Product Information:

This premium tung oil-based, high gloss finish works for all exterior wood. It goes on easily with brush, lambswool applicator, cloth roller or spray and forms an elastic finish, protecting against the worst punishment Mother Nature can mete out. Penetrates and waterproofs when used as a finishing system in conjunction with Waterlox Marine Sealer.

    I add 4oz. of stain to a qt.sealer on first coat,soaks deep into wood.two more coats sealer,24hr. between coats.two coats of satin marine waterlox finish on top.no sanding between coats,last fo years

    On the advice of my local Woodcraft, I purchased this for outdoor furniture. It is very thick and, when applied as directed, did not level out. I called Waterlox and they said it should be about twice as thick as a normal varish but that it should have leveled out. Saddly, now I have to do a lot of sanding and find a new final finish.

    Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend
