How do you allow for movement on your solid panel doors without dealing with loose panels or cracked joints? These simple, yet effective Space Balls center solid panels, then compress as the panel expands. They stop panel rattle and help eliminate cracking glue joints. Space Balls are 0.26" in diameter to match the cut of standard stile and rail bits. 8-10 Space Balls recommended per door. 100 per package.

There are other ways to eliminate the "rattle" from raised panel doors, and other similar types of construction, but for ease of use, and consistency of application, in my opinion these are the best.

These work great they allow space for panels to swell and contract. I have found that they can be seen with glass panels. Over all it"s a great product and I will use them in the future.........

Easy to cut to smaller pieces. Would be nice if they were available in different sizes. I use them to hold wood panels as well as glass.
