Product Information:

These fit-ups are made in America and feature a diamond cut brass or black finished metal bezel manufactured in the Black Forest of Germany. Selection includes 2-3/4" and 3-7/8" diameter fit-ups in both Arabic (A) and Roman (R) numerals featuring dial backgrounds of Classic White (CW), Classic Ivory (CI), and Fancy Gold (FG). The 2-3/4" diameter fit-ups are also available in a Classic White dial with a black (B) bezel. The 2-3/4" fit-ups require a 13/16" deep by 2-3/8" diameter hole and use one AAA battery (not included). The 3-7/8" fit-ups require a 5/8" deep by 3-1/8" diameter hole and use one AA battery (not included).

I use this product imbedded in 'character' woods (old barn wood, for example) for sale in a local gift shop. It is well received, probably influenced by a very competitive price, but comments indicate the preference for a clearly readable and attractive dial. Only adverse remarks are about the rather loose fitting in the bored hole.
