Product Information:

This slotting saw arbor is used with slotting saw blades to install Barbed Box Hinges. Arbor has a 1/2" shank. For use in drill press only.
These inexpensive box hinges are easy to install and work great on production runs. Just cut a slot with the appropriate thin kerf blade on a drill press and push the barbed hinge in the kerfed slot. What could be easier! The result is a nearly invisible hinge. The 1-1/8" hinge uses a .036" kerf high speed steel 2-3/4" diameter blade with 5/8" hole (Woodcraft # (141592). The 7/8" hinge uses a .025" kerf high speed steel 2-1/4" diameter blade with 5/8" hole (Woodcraft #141591).
