Product Information:

This mini-miter set is perfect for cutting wood inlay material, small moldings, pen blanks or for other precise cutting and mitering. The .01" thin blade perfectly matches the thin slot miter box. The 24 TPI saw cuts through just about any type of materials, including dense exotic woods. The aluminum miter box holds material up to 2" wide and 7/8" thick for cuts at 90, 45, and 30 degree angle

    I used this product to make nice miter joints n some vinyl molding I am using for trim on the hood of my car. It worked GREAT for me. The small size along with good accuracy is exactly what I was looking for.

    I bought this mini miter box to replace a plastic version that did not last very long. This little gem is perfectly cut to accept the saw with very little play so your miters are absolutely perfect. The only down side is that it has a left handed 45 degree angle cut into it but no right 45 degree angle which means you have to turn your work over or mark the opposite side for the cut. No big deal. First thing I did was add an 1/8" hardboard base to cover the metal so the saw would last longer. I used double sided tape to hold the hardboard down. Since it is made of aluminum and thick and sturdy it should last a lifetime and beyond. Another tool made in America that I love.
