Product Information:

LEIGH Multiple Mortise and Tenon Attachment replaces the dovetail assembly of your jig to make perfect through or blind tenons, box or finger joints. Includes complete instruction booklet and 1/2" spiral cut router bit for joints 1/2" x 5/8" to 1-1/2" x 2-1/2". Jig requires 5/8" OD guide bushing to operate. For small joints to 5/16" x 5/8" a 5/16" spiral cut router bit and 7/16" OD guide bushing (03K83) are required (not included). Fits both D4 and D4R models.

 

For a complete demonstration of this product, order at NO CHARGE the LEIGH 2009 Demonstration DVD. This DVD includes 95 minutes of Leigh joinery jigs in action featuring additional information about each of the following Leigh Industries jigs and accessories: D4R-24 Dovetail Jig, Super Jig Dovetail Jigs, F2, F1600, F18 and F24 Finger Joint Templates, I1, I1600, I18 and I24 Isoloc Joint Templates, M2 Mortise and Tenon Attachment, Guide Bush System, Vacuum & Router Support, Leigh Brand Router Bits, and the FMT Frame Mortise and Tenon Jig.

    I found this DVD very helpful, as I was trying to understand the differences between various dovetail jigs. This DVD gave me the detail that I needed about the Leigh jigs. The 2009 version did not know about the newest jigs.

    Watched the DVD and decided that I am still better with the old fashioned method - hand cutting dovetails. For production (more than 10 drawers) the router and template is still faster though.
