Product Information:

At last, classic American style pens with a cap that screws on and off! No more fussing with the delicate adjustments necessary for the perfect fit on "snap" style roller ball pen kits. This kit uses threaded, press fit components, so your cap "screws on" to protect the pen mechanism when not in use. With the exception of the screw cap, this pen is identical to our regular classic American style pens. Requires a 5/8" x 5/8" x 5" blank, pen mandrel, 3/8" pen maker's or brad point bit and American Fountain/Rollerball bushings. Woodcraft Gold finish is superior to other gold kits.

    I purchased this item at a store so i wasn't able to see what it would be when done. I personally think the pen looks unfinished when assembled. My biggest problem was with the directions. If a person was to read the directions only it would have been alright. My mistake was I looked at the picture. Blank 1 and 2 are backwards in the picture. This simple mistake made me part down to the brass tube on the incorrect blank. Oh well... I repaired it and it looks okay. IMO $15 is too much.
