Product Information:

Individually hand forged, tempered to Rc58 for a durable edge and tested to ensure proper sharpness and edge profile. Overall length 5" with 4" octagonal cherry wood handle. Sharpened and ready for use. Set contains: single and double bevel chisels, double bevel skew chisel, 90 degree V-parting and No. 11 U-gouge. Micro Carving Tool Pouches are made of hand stitched heavy canvas with flip top and hook and loop style closing strips. Will hold five micro carving tools. Made in the USA.

    Perfect for doing miniature wood carving. great care needs to be taken to use the effectively, no twisting or prying can be used. Being used to using larger tools I realised that I had some bad habits. just take small cuts with each push of the blade.

    I love these tools! I have a couple of the sets and use them all the time for woodblock and linocut printmaking. They hold an edge well, and the size makes them a necessity! I really wish they'd come separately. It's such a premium to have to buy tools you won't ever use to get the essential ones!
