    My hand size measures 9 inches (large). Based on comments from previous purchasers, I downsized my order to Medium. The medium was still too large, and I returned it for a small, which is only a little large, but hopefully won't stretch too much with use. While it seems a little extreme, it might be best to start out by downsizing TWO sizes, and then if that doesn't fit,exchange for a better size.
