Comments about pfeil Swiss made #12 Sweep V-Parting Tool, 4 mm, Palm Handled :
I started carving a few years ago. Got some phiels and did an 8' totem pole. Then I got a set of knives and gouges, that's when it got interesting. I found out that working small is tough. Anyhow, every piece I have is great. I did find out that if you drop one and it hits just right you have the pleasure of ordering a new one. Lesson learned and I now have a piece of carpet on top of the concrete. Thanks Woodcraft for furnishing the best tools.
I am not impressed, bad angle

About Me Professional
The angle of the blade edge, to the work, on this gouge causes wrist fatigue -- big time.
