Nice corners, bad screws

I used these to protect the corners of a cub scout patrol box I made to be used at campouts. It's going to take a beating. These corners seemed thick enough to offer genuine protection and were a nice clean design (I didn't want something overly ornate). When installing I siliconed the undersides of them to prevent moisture from collecting underneath. I found I needed to radius the edges of the box to match the contours of the corners to get them to fit tightly (not a problem, just plan on doing it if you want them to fit properly). I discarded the straight-slotted screws supplied with the corners and got some #4 phillips to install them with (since the advent of the drill-driver I don't have the patience to fumble with straight-slotted acrews).
