Product Information:

LEECRAFT Phenolic Inserts and Sheet Stock reduce splintering and chip-out on the bottom side of regular or dado table saw cuts. Simply raise your saw blade through the insert to create a "kerf" which precisely matches the blade on your saw. This 1/2" thick insert is precision machined from a nearly frictionless melamine faced, high density phenolic laminate. It offers durability and flatness unobtainable from cheaper plastic inserts. Features like top mounted set screws for precise leveling, front/side adjustment screws for perfect side to side and front to rear fit, and a rear safety pin that keeps the rear of the insert in place, make this the best insert we have ever seen. Sheet stock material (1/2" x 11" x 15") is perfect for creating your own custom jigs and fixtures. Craftsman insert measures 14" x 3-3/4" and fits most new, 10" belt drive models. (Check the opening of your Sears saw before ordering). The Powermatic 2000 Blade Insert has a slot for the riving knife. Jet Left Tilt Zero Clearance Insert (#142271) does not fit Jet Xacta Saw Deluxe. Complete with instructions. Insert surface colors may vary.

    I bought this to make zero clearance inserts for my Ridgid table saw.I cant find factory made ones for my saw so I made them.Very easy to do and the size I bought is perfect for my inserts.I was able to get two complete ones with a little left over to make stop blocks or some other project. This stuff is very slick so no chance to cause binding.If you need inserts this is the way to go to stretch your woodworking dollars.

    Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
