For years I've been looking for a product that did not dry too glossy. Although the product says "flat", it dries to a beautiful eggshell finish. On wood it accentuates the grain and does not look like plastic. My latest use was applying it over a faux finish on a half-wall. It matched the eggshell latex on the upper wall perfectly. I applied it with a foam roller and it dried so perfectly that it looks sprayed. PLEASE start selling this stuff in gallon sizes.
