The 70mm jaw was just the right size for a bowl I was turning. the 50mm jaws were too small and the 75mm were too big. I haven't used the other jaws in the set yet but if they are anything like the 70mm set then I'm a happy camper.

When turning bowls, sometimes I can't open the jaws of the chuck wide enough. BUT! With these jaw sets, there aren't too many projects I can't get a grip on. Especially when I make an opening with nothing to get a hold of using downward pressure. These jaws allow me to get into the cut and apply outward pressure with out tearing up my project.

This reasonably priced four jaw set will hold turnings from 3/8" up to 3 1/2". They are precision made and hold work securely. The more often I use these, the more I like them. I mostly turn pens, small bowls, game calls and rolling pins. The four jaw set will hold them all.

Excellent set of jaw. a good addition for the Nova Midi. A good set of jaws, but your review system could use some improvement.

Wide range of uses. Excellent for smaller turnings, ornaments, small bowls and pens.

The price is good on these jaws. The only problem I have had is that the inside jaws aren't all dovetailed. That reduces the clamping power considerably.
