Tips on Adjusting the Sliding Jaw
36-Inch BORA Clamp Edge Tool Guide
The sliding jaw needs to be unlocked to move it tight to the object being clamped. When moving toward the lever pull the clamp face. When moving away from the lever pull the back end of the sliding jaw. Once in position push the back of the sliding jaw toward the lever to lock it. Then use the lever to apply clamping pressure. After a few uses this will become an easy procedure.

Clamping with Bora
The Clamp N Cut edge guide is a good tool once you get the hang of it. Setting it accurately requires some fussing because the end clamps are designed to pivot so they are not normal to the edge until you set them that way. And the slider tends to hang on the rod sometimes. But I am getting better at it, faster and faster each time. You can clamp this thing really tight. It certainly is better than the straight edge and loose clamps I was using before.
