Not for me
T" Wrench for 10-24 Inserts
It looks good, but in practice I found that the inserts don't readily dislodge from the tool. I found it much easier to use a hex wrench on the inserts I am using. It does hold down papers nicely.

This tool broke
This tool broke while installing in birch plywood. The threads broke off into the threaded insert. I had to use a Dremel to get it out. And no, excessive force was not used.
Tool fails on third insertion
Ann Arbor, MI
The insertion tool for 10-24 nuts is too soft to allow nuts to be inserted into hardwood of any kind. The screw on the t-handle twisted off on the third insertion. The nuts go into 1/2 "diameter holes but in oak they need to be either 1/64 bigger or you need a tool that is heat treated. On the remaining holes which were 1/2" dia. I used a hex head cap screw (which is heat treated)and nut to insert the rest of the nuts.
The tool for the 1/4-20 nuts is larger in diameter so it was able to insert nuts properly into Oak. I would recommend using the hex cap screw and nut for all of this type of nut.
