Product Information:

The anti-kickback design of these industrial quality carbide router bits limits stock feed rate for safer router operations. Solid steel bodies are precision machined to carefully controlled tolerances. A final CNC machine 600 grit wet grind on the K-20 German carbide produces a clean, extremely sharp, and durable cutting edge. Bit bodies are coated to help prevent resin build up and make resin removal easier. High quality Japanese bearings are used on bits fitted with guide bearings. All bits are carbide tipped.

    This is a great tool for mitered corners. Eliminates the need for splines or biscuits on corners. Suggest reading how to setup this tool before use.

    I used the bit to make a oak shelf. The joint is strong but the setup is critical to getting a closed joint when glueing the two parts together.

    This bit is easy to use, set the fence and bit position and make both cuts, couldn't be easier. Minimal setup difficulty, got the cut I needed on the first try. This bit makes a strong joint that I will use often, and for the price it can't be beat!

    I can't believe an instruction set is not offered with this bit. There are instructions to be easily found for similar bit sets out there. HINT: Use a straight-edge piece of wood stuck to the workpiece with double sided tape to ride the router fence, for the cut where the workpiece lies flat on the router table - this is a must.

    I have user this tool making decorative boxes and the joint never needs fasteners, the configuration of the cut ensures that the joint will stay together. I have a tool box made 15 years ago with this tool that has no fasteners and is still going strong
