These hardened burnishers are manufactured from the highest grade steel, hardened to exacting specifications and polished to a mirror finish polished to reduce friction when rolling a hook. The flattened edge of triangular version is preferred for traditional rectangular card scrapers while round and oval versions allow for the sharpening of radius scrapers. Blade is approximately 3/8" by 6-1/4". Overall length is 10-3/4". Natural oil finished cherry handle.
WOODCRAFT Burnisher. Made exclusively for us, by pfeil Swiss made Tools, of the best tool steel. Hardened blades are highly polished to reduce friction when rolling over edges. Round blade is 3/8" dia., 6" long, and requires only occasional buffing to maintain its polish. Lacquered beechwood handle.
