Freud Architectural Molding Series Router BitsTrim carpenters, remodelers and woodworking enthusiast can now mill molding of almost any size, shape and configuration to add beautiful detail to match existing trim or create an all new look. All that's required is a 2-1/4 HP or larger router, a sturdy router table and fence, and a selection of bits from Freud's Architectural Molding Series. All bits have 1/2" shanks except where noted.
Quadra-Cut™ Router Bits These unique bits employ four cutting edges vs. two, for a flawless finish that requires no sanding or rework. Two carbide cutters have an up-shear angle to remove most of the stock while the second pair of down-shear cutters makes a final cut to produce an ultra clean edge. Large raised panel bits are 3-1/2" diameter. 828803 includes a back-cutter for trial-free panel tongue thickness.
