The mortise & tenon is the strongest and most versatile of woodworking joints. With the Frame Mortise and Tenon family of jigs and a plunge router, every woodworker can easily produce this incredible joint with unmatched accuracy and speed. All of the guides and bits used with the original FMT are common to both jigs allowing both FMT jigs to produce a vast array of mortise and tenon sizes from unbelievably small joints to massive 5" joints. Both jigs work with virtually any plunge router to produce precise, straight, double, angled and compound angled joints with sizes ranging from 1/16" x 1/8" to 1/2" x 5".
