These inexpensive box hinges are easy to install and work great on production runs. Just cut a slot with the appropriate thin kerf blade on a drill press and push the barbed hinge in the kerfed slot. What could be easier! The result is a nearly invisible hinge. 1-1/8" hinge uses .036" blade, smaller hinge uses .025" blade. Arbor has a 1/2" shank.
